I’m Layne Robinson — a global social-policy leader, youth development champion, and founder of People-Centred Strategies.
My work is driven by a simple conviction: development works best when dignity, evidence, and human insight guide every decision. Across Commonwealth nations and beyond, I’ve led major policy reforms, shaped global frameworks, built institutions, strengthened youth systems, and supported leaders to drive meaningful, measurable impact. Today, I help organisations, governments, and communities design strategic, inclusive, and future-focused solutions that put people first.
